I've never seen an OE one in anything but matt black with white numbers.

I think is a glossy black 3d sticker to be applied above but do not know where to find it

 

It looks three dimensional. Possibly machined from plastic or moulded and stuck on?

i think that it will be an optional of XJ luxury model ( portfolio )...

 

This is bit of a "hip shot'...but a couple coats of clear and little buffing and you've got it.

If you go to post no7 you will see that the poster states "I had a black gloss dash kit made to cover plastic shifter".

So, it's not a part you can buy, but was a one-off custom job.
