EBay! I usually can find anything I need on EBay and have even developed relationship with some of the sellers. Especially for the XJS... If you use the EBay search for Jaguar XK8 generally, then used the filter (condition) and select used parts, then start looking carefully, you'll start to be able to identify the sellers that specialize in Jag stuff. Go down the page and click "sellers other items". From their, search in there store. Just type in XK8/XKR etc. Save the sellers...

The bay area usually has a number of X100s in the yards.You have a massive Jag breaker very close to you, just outside of Sacramento in Rancho Cordova.Or you can do a blind nationwide google search of craigslist.org for XKR|XK8 + parting + pts (car/truck parts for sale)

 

A mis-named salvage operation called American Auto Parts, Inc. in Irving, TX tends to have a lot of XJ8 stuff so possibly they may have XK8 stuff too. They're local so I've purchased a few items direct for my XJ8 but they appear to sell a lot through ebay. https://americanautopartstx.com/ and I think they are americanparts2012 on ebay. Its just weird that despite their name they seem to specialize in 10 to 20 year old Jaguar stuff.

Elite Auto Parts in Sun Valley (Los Angeles suburb), CA is a jaguar dismantler from which my indie mechanic has ordered parts for my car many times. You might give them a try.
