Can anyone tell me just where in the "JTIS Jag Service Manual", does it give you the Diagnostic and Tests for the Speedometer in a 1998 XK8?

 

May well be very few as many a module is considered as a lump (black box, if you like).

There may well be tests of some of the wiring to it.

Jaguar tend not to repair any module but would just replace the whole thing. However, there are independent firms who repair some of them.

Sorry not to be more help but see if someone else knows more.

 

Nowhere in JTIS does it give that level of detail.

The only information is the schematic in Fig 08.1 of the 1998 Range Electrical Guide.
