Kudos Top Hydraulics.
I recently went to Top Hydraulics' web page and put in an order for two sets of hoses for the hydraulic cylinders. One for the wife's 2001 and the second for my 2003. When I arrived home after work and checked my E-mail there was a message from Klaus asking if this was a typing mistake and did I really want two sets of hoses. I replied "affirmative. Two sets please." and explained the situation. I hit send and got up to get a refreshment. My cell phone rang and it was Claus calling to confirm the order. I laughed and told him I had just replied to his E-mail and he called it up on his desktop. He said "OK you will have them by Friday." I thanked him for the extra effort. I just wish all suppliers had the same concern for customers as Claus and his folks.
Totally agree that a voice, at the end of a phone, beats the click, click of inet buying. It shows a more understanding side of business. What do you prefer - email text or a phone call?
Someone actually cared to check on your order. Inet is great but human interaction cannot be beat!
