Hello all,

I'm having some left to right shake in my steering wheel while going over uneven roads in my 04 xkr. I believe my front left engine mount is toast. At idle there is a slight click on that side, and then I noticed when goosing it at idle the is quite a jump on the left side. (See video). Any thoughts here?

 

Looks like engine mount, either you lost a nut or the mount split.

Replacing XK engine mounts is character building

 

Replacing the engine mount on both sides has the XKR driving like new again. No need to replace the v mount or transmission mount they were fine.
