length of hydraulic hose for the roof pistons
Gus, I'm sort of hoping that limiting the pressure to 1000 psi will help the cylinder seals last a bit longer as well as the hoses.

As was predicted, I had a failure as well on the cylinder hoses for the top and am looking at replacing with brake line hoses that have about 6000-7000 psi burst.
Thoughts?

Questions is, the green fluid, Petrosin(sp?) is a power steering fluid. Why not transmission fluid which is used in industrial hydraulic applications? Or standard power steering fluid?
