Default Lowered Rear Height for $20

Here's the lowered stance. Looks great, right? All it took was ten 40lb. bags of manure.

If you think our cars get stared at normally, try loading bagged manure in your trunk. Stares and comments go to a whole new level.

Yes I covered the trunk first and it was compost manure, so no smell.

I, and everyone else who see me, are amazed at how much the boot really can hold. I often will put 8-10 bags of topsoil in there too.

Traction was great, but cornering suffered quite a bit.

What a shitty solution.

Get the front down a little bit and it looks nice!

That came across as discourteous and unnecessary. I hope you weren't serious.

Well it was meant as a joke since he used poop to do the lowering.

I did however win major points with SWMBO, so worth the effort for that alone.

Well done, Mike! It's impressive how much these hold. Who said convertibles have small trunks?

While I have a truck for Home Depot runs, usually it's handier to drop by on my way home from work (you know which one) and do the same. I've got a great photo of a half-dozen bags of mulch in my previous last-car-you'd-expect-to-see-doing-that, a Porsche 944 Turbo. Hunkered down like a Navy SEAL with a 60 lb. pack running! Lots faster than the truck too.
