Red face Merry Christmas to me!!

Look what I found to put under the tree From Crutchfields

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-9beFVMt...omnews=8003430

This camera would have been perfect to find the fuel lines when I had to pull the tank to change the fuel pumps.

I couldn't wait till Xmas to order it so when it came this week the better half sign for it and put it away til 12/25.

What do you guys think? What repair could you find a use for this tool?

Your link did not take me to, what I assume is a fiber optic camera. The next step in engine dianostics! I remember when an engine stethoscope was state of the art. Excuse me. Late, several olives.

I have one and it is a great tool for the house and the car. Trying to find a leak in the wall is a snap and it is easy to patch the small hole. Came with mirror and magnet.

This is the one I got http://www.ridgid.com/Tools/SeeSnake-micro/

Just saw this one at Harbour Freight. A lot less expensive.

I saw that one but went with the one from Crutchfield for four reasons:
1-larger monitor 3.5 Vs 2.4 which is over 30% larger
2-Can be used as a still camera or video camera and record onto sd cards which can be uploaded to my computer or printer
3-Four led lights on the camera tube to light subjects in dark areas.
4-This one has a 9mm camera head rated IP67 (WP) vs 18mm on the Harbour Freight unit with no IP rating.

The extra features were worth it to me,and since it was a gift(to that special elf) I didn't discuss the price with Santa.

If I got something like that I'd find problems that I could no way reach to fix! Then I'd really be Pissed.
