My 2003 XK8 didn't come with a CD magazine. I've found a couple online sources for a new one, but they ask for the model number of the unit it's going in. I was hoping not to have to remove it to see what it is. Does anyone know the number for a 2003 MY car?

Steve, I have a couple of parts cars with the CD magazine. If interested PM me.

 

Until I changed to my current XK which doesn't use a magazine, I'd used the same CD magazine in my 2001 X308 then 2001 and 2005 XK8's.

Jaguar listed a few different P/N's for the magazine in the early years but also gave LNC4161AA as an option and finally only listed this number.

The magazine is still in my office. I just looked at it and there's not an identification or part number on it. The only markings are 'Designed by Alpine' and 'Made in Hungary'.
