Default multiple check engine lights

I put a new transmission in my jag. and took the engine out to do a full complete timing chain change. I made a mistake and had this shop put the stuff back together now im having all kinds of codes. codes for egr and the car never had one. one of the vacuum lines have a bolt in it and i think it is suppose to connect to the eval purge. camshaft sensor code, throttle position sensor code. man this is a headache. It seems no body can figure this out.

You're going to have to get your schematics and drawings out and recheck every vacuum line and intake hose. Obviously one was left unconnected, but others could be mixed up as well. The plastic rigid lines are usually bent a specific way and never the same length as another, but I've seen worse debotchery. Start with the EGR system first, obviously.
