My "Restricted Performance" solved
I have a tidy XK-R Convertible on a '51 plate.
Indeed, having the message "Restricted Performance" last week, the "power through" approach is and was a gamble and did get me out of trouble, however, my mechanic discovered dirt/debris in the fuel filter.
I am now including checking the fuel filter as a part of my "pre-long-journey" routine when headed to France.
