Default Name the Part......

I'm taking on each project at a time. Just installed the engine covers which I got off Ebay for $60 including the shipping. Now, I'm trying to find a replacement for the fuse box cover that is on the driver's side of the engine compartment. A corner is broken off and its cracked across the rest of the top. I am trying to load a photo on here, but can't seem to figure out how. Anyway, when I get that accomplished on this thread, maybe someone can determine the part number and offer some suggestions where I can find it. I'm of course trying to avoid buying the entire box. Before we get there, does someone have the answer on how to load a photo. The "insert image" feature wants a URL.

Hi.

JEPC only shows the hole box with a ridiculous high price. Part number depends on your VIN.

Here it is in supersize!

I think going to a a breaker for a used part is going to be the only way to avoid buying a complete fusebox.

I've sent a request to a wrecker (breaker) in Arizona who seems to have a lot of Jaguars. The problem is of course, if there's enough of a market for the entire unit, they won't want to sell just the top. I'm also going to check closer to home.

Question, who was the wrecker in Arizona?
Name, number and email please.
I am looking for some parts myself, I will check for a box cover for you as well. What model and year is yours?

Good Luck and
Happy Motoring...

Any chance anyone has a parts manual and can come up with a part # on this? eBay has plenty of the covers for the box in the trunk, but not this one. 1999 convertible.

The lid for the 22-way engine bay fusebox is not available separately from Jaguar.

The Fusebox P/N is LJA2822AF on early models superseded by LJB2822AA, then LJB2822AB, LJD2822AA, LJG2822AB and finally LJG2822AC.

The exact P/N required is dependent on VIN.
