Navigation System for 2000 XKR
Can anyone tell me what the latest DVD disk is for a 2000 XKR Convertible Navigation System? I just bought a used XKR, and the disk is dated 1999. Most of the roads in my area are not even on the map.
Thanks,
Ron

Welcome to the forum Ron,
I'll leave it to US members to respond on what may be available but updates for the Jaguar OE SatNav were already a problem ten years ago. Even with up-to-date maps, the Jaguar system is now so far behind technically that an alternative navigation solution is likely to be the better option.

Now wait a minute.....Jon89! It was worth somewhere around $100.00 back then! And the good thing about it is that it works....Mine does anyway....I still use mine quite often here in Houston as most of the City is still the same as 2003 or 2004....The big changes are in the suburbs, where the new construction is taking place. It still works for me as 80 to 90% of it is still good...as a matter of fact, I used it yesterday down by the Med Center. I will admit that it's better than the one that came in my 2000 XKR...I still have that Disk in the little Plastic Diskette Box ! I kind'a like leaving those things alone as they are part of the XKR....they came that way.....and if it works, don't screw with it!
