After a few bad falls and broken ankle on same foot 2 times, ouch !!! I finally am ready to buy a replacement 18" Chrome/Steel Rim Protector for my BBS Milan wheels.
However, I have not found a USA vendor ?? Anyone replace theirs recently... About $200.00 each from the UK !!

Unfortunately those won't fit our cars; I've asked BBS about them and they're for other BBS 3-piece wheels like you get for Porsches or BMWs. The British places are still the cheapest way to go. There used to be a great place in Atlanta and I bought a bunch of BBS stuff from him but either he's gone are I've just lost him, If you or anyone finds him please let us know.....Other than that right this minute there's:: www.sbwheels.co.uk as they have most everything. I've had bad luck with Jaguar Wheel Trims as shown above by Labcoatguy...The sent me 2 Rim Protector's for my 20" Montreal's and they did not have the lip on them....cost more to send them back than it was worth.....

Whenever I really need something for my XKR, I always go to Dave, my Friend in Scotland...I just checked his website and sure enough; he has some BBS Stainless Steel Rims.....They are about 120 Pounds , which is probably $150 or $160.Bucks.. Dave has everything and is reliable...

I just ordered some Air Valves for my "Montreal's", when I saw them in Dave's ad I thought, What would I do if one of those little valves got damaged while checking/Filling them with Air or someone got the Check Valve cross-threaded….I would be up the Creek.....would look funny running around with my Orange spare!!!!

Sorry to hear about that Billy; the rim protector they sent me for my 18" Milan worked fine, so maybe they have problems with their 20" protectors only?

 

What they sent me only had a Lip on one side and were made of Aluminum completed unusable on my 20" Montreal's.....Definitely the wrong product and they wanted me to pay to ship them back for credit.....The shipping container was over 24" square! I'm sorry but they sort of PO'ed me with their attitude so I took the hit and wrote them off! Happy you got what you wanted.....
