Need more help with j gate shifter plate

Question Need more help with j gate shifter plate

I feel a little lost (stupid), got the replacement jgate, but if i'm looking at this correctly I don't see any way to get the old one out without removing the bezel as well, not sure how that is done please advise if possible.

Also, this is a pic of the Bezel:

The tabs point INWARDS.

OOPS!! Actually, The "Tabs shown here have slots as shown. There are Tabs molded into the sides of the J-Gate Assembly. The tabs (on the J-Gate Assembly) fit into the slots shown below.
