Nice 2005 XK8
I never do this, and I know there is a F.S. Section, but I think it often is overlooked. I have absolutely no affiliation with this and know nothing about it. The mileage is fairly low and price seems extremely reasonable, so thought I would post this.

Enjoy.

That is a very nice looking car and I would have guessed that this should be more in the $16K or higher range--at least based on looks and mileage. Then again I have noticed that you can get the best deals on a higher-end car when it has been traded in for a higher-end model at a dealer of a competing brand. The dealer probably stole the vehicle on a trade-in and wants to turn it around pronto.

From the dealer web site:
This Jaguar includes: LIGHT BEIGE CONVERTIBLE TOP COLOR You'll see the world in a whole new light when you slip behind the wheel of this impressive 2005 Jaguar XK8 convertible. This vehicle has extremely low miles on the odometer, so while it's pre-owned, it's practically new. Added comfort with contemporary style is the leather interior to heighten the quality and craftsmanship for the Jaguar XK8
. beige convertible top leather interior outside needs tlc
Thank *goodness* there's something wrong with it..

My daddy once told me; "Remember, there is a reason for everything. If the price for his melons are much lower then the going price, there must be a reason, and it must be that worm I see coming out of that one".
A lesson I've never forgotten. I think we're safe guys, not to fret...

That hurt I came this <-> close to having mine checked out by Aston Jag Advantage in Naples. But the sellers were so rolling in it that I figured they were on top of any preventative maintenance.
The guy in New Smyrna Beach keeps lowering his price (currently $13K). But he's a jerk..

Retrospective wisdom is always the easiest to acquire.
I met the guy from Aston Jag Advantage once - seemed a really good outfit and trustworthy.
I learnt the hard way about 20 odd years ago - bought a XJS V12 privately off a guy who was replacing it with a brand new Ferrari Testarossa(that dates it) - thought with so much money it had to be right - turned out he was dropping it because of an engine rear oil seal leaking(which I ended up replacing at quite a cost) - lesson number one learnt - nobody gets a bunch of money by being stupid.
