OBD II codes with explanations

This is the most complete explanation of the OBDII codes I've found for the X100 series but it's in German. Does this exist anywhere in English?

Yes, those show the code and the description but the German site describes what the impact is like limit RPM to 3000 and what causes it. I figured out how to make chrome translate it. Also other interesting articles on the site.
