torque specifications are listed in the Vehicle Specification pdf file in the FAQ section. Numbers 2 and 3 leaks sound like me just a few months ago. I counted them up recently, I've had 4 coolant, 2 power steering, and 1 oil (it was a line leak, not the pan).

Matt, that's weird that you have so many leaks and I have had none. Our cars are nearly identical. How many miles are on yours now?

I'm in the 123k area now. Many came in the last 30-40k.

106 inch pounds = about 9 foot pounds. does that help. If your are like me and grew up working on US cars, the toque settings for these cars are hard to get used to. most of the bolts are just above finger tight, but they will work

12Nm = 106in lb. I checked it using the software tool Torque Converter available for free at www.boltscience.com

when we are normally used to 'ft-lbs', the in-lbs number (conversion) seems fairly large. Torque wrenches may or may not show 'in-lbs.

For accuracy, please give the year and model of the car. I'm not sure if the pan gasket for the 4.0 is the same as the 4.2. I know the 4.2 gasket is a small silicone one set in a groove in the pan adapter on the engine. The bolts are torqued to about 9 ft lbs. The groove and the pan should be cleaned with lacquer thinner ( degreased) prior to installation.
