How can the ABS sensor be measured to confirm that it is good?

Below is a link to a thread that has extensive information for dealing with the ABS. My first thought is to have the codes read and then you will kow where the fault is located.

Reading the codes in the Czech Republic may not be convenient, but searching for the cause of a ABS fault can be time consuming. It would help if you included the year and model in your post. Below is a link for testing the sensors and cables on most 4.0L V8's.
The resistance for the sensors is most often 1.0 to 1.4 ohms.

Often the problem is a poor solder connection to the ABS pump. Opening the case, cleaning the coating off the posts and resoldering will usually resolve the issue.
