Part Load Breather Tool 3D Printing Dimensions?
Does anyone have a part load breather tube removal tool handy that can give me some measurements?
My tube's cracked, and I thought I'd whip up (and share) a 3D printable model, refining the model on my connector as I remove it.
I also read that the tool is sometimes located in the engine bay, toward the front of a SC car and near the throttle body on a NA. I've never come across the tool in my bay, but maybe someone can tell me exactly where to find it on a 1997 NA.
Thanks!

From what I can gather, the early cars had these fitted at the cam cover end and the t-piece to the TB (mine does, at any rate). They are slightly different to the tool inasmuch as they have tangs on the 'legs' to retain them on the connectors.
Sorry for the poor pic. The legs actually have the same profile:
Now where did I put my measure...

Yeah, I've taken mine off a few times with nails, pairs of screwdrivers, and needle nose pliers.
It sounds like an interesting project to get the "special tool" made, though, so this is partly just for the fun of it.
Thanks for the information from @kstevusa and @michaelh! I'll probably tackle this next week and report back with my results.
