I have 2006 XK8 convertible with two problems.
1. Passenger seat all the way back but controls don't work.

2. Have navigation screen but only clock works but it shows wrong time.

Where should I start to look for the problems?
Any way to move passenger seat until controls problem corrected?
Could it be fuses!

I can't help with the nav screen but the seat is repairable.
Remove the seat control modules located underneath the seats. swap in the drivers module and position the passenger seat where you want it. Return the drivers module to its original position.

The two nuts that hold the module are 10mm. There are three connectors. You need not remove the metal bracket. It is tight down there, raise the seat height and move all the way back.
