The plastic by in front of the quarter window regulator, where do I get it? (wet car)

The plastic by in front of the quarter window regulator, where do I get it? (wet car)
My car is wet inside. I suspect this might be because I ripped out the plastic covering the rear quarter regulator... 
Does it come with a new regulator assembly?

'Water curtain', LH: HJB8135AA, RH: HJB8134AA. Lists for $27.75 at the dealer. You probably can also make your own with some 6 mil plastic sheet and contact cement from the hardware store.
