Question Please Confirm 20nm torque for Inlet Manifold

Could someone please confirm that the inlet manifold bolts need to be torqued down to 20-22 NM, this is the equivalent of 150 Ft Lbs of torque and seems very high to me, going into Aluminium!!!!

I am in the process of torqueing down the bolts and quite honestly 10NM seems high, I am concerned about over tightening.

Could you please confirm 20-22 NM is correct and also the same for the Throttle body.

many thanks

That is what I have written down at home that came out of a PDF of the repair manual for my 03. I plan to double check though.

whoa, 20-22 nm = 15 Ft lbs NOT 150 Ft lbs
I suggest downloading the JTIS, it has a search feature for torque settings.
