I am getting ready to replace my front upper control arm bushing and I found this product. I am cautious about using poly bushings on suspension parts that need to give or insulate. As these seem perfect for keeping the geometry of the front suspension in place and all the swing arms need to do is rotate, I am in. The cost is compareable to aftermarket bushings and much less than "factory" ones. Plus they should last a lifetime and may also help keep the shock mount centered.

 

When Wayne (cjd777) and I installed a pair of the Welsh upper front shock mounts along with new Bilstein shocks back in early January 2016 on my wife's 2006 XK8, we also installed a four-piece set of poly upper control arm bushings that I had ordered off eBay from a seller in the UK. I paid right at $75 for the set, and they arrived in about two weeks. They have held up quite well and after more than six years with them, I remain glad we made the decision to go with a poly set....

 

you will be fine with these - I did the entire front/rear suspension with Powerflex bushings

 

I use these too. All good.

I also use them and I love them. You do sacrifice a tiny bit of NVH, but not enough for it to be a concern to me.
