Yes there is an o ring inside of the cooler line. Be sure that the leak isn't coming from the crimp fitting itself.

I just fixed the same problem on mine. Tried replacing the o rings and that didn't work. Cut the hose back from the coupler and connected a 3/8" hose to the metal line and with a 3/8" brass hose barb connector reattached the new hose to the existing return line. Cost was about $5.00 in hose clamps, fitting and hose.

Sorry I didn't take any pictures but is a real easy fix. Just cut the hose back as much as you need to from the coupler and using 3/8 fuel line hose reattach the new hose to the metal line( it will push on over the lip on the metal line) and secure with a clamp on either side of the lip(so it doesn't come off) then using the 3/8 brass hose barb connector(Hardware store item) attach the existing hose to the new piece of hose with 2 more small clamps. I will try and get you a picture of what I did this morning. I hope this helps. When you get the o rings you will need to get AC type orings. I went to NAPA and had to buy a kit that had had what looked like the right size in the bag. Cost was $7.00 and still leaked.

I believe cjflyer is talking about this item

Brass Hose Connector

I'm not sure the brass will be compatible with the ps fluid. Give my fix a try.

It really does work at the leak point that you have. I just went further and replaced all the rubber lines from the pump to this factory quick connection.

did yours hold up. I replace the o-rings and it didn't hold up so I'm about try your way.

Do either of you have a picture of what you did? I am going to take on this project while the weather is nice. The complete hose is $160 plus labor would put it about $500 so seems like what you did is the inexpensive and easy way to go.
