Experts - I have six months more coverage on the EM Service Contract that I got with the purchase of my car last October. (I know - odd for a car this old - but it just worked out that way, and they have paid for one major failure - fuel pump(s)).

I have just received my pressure regulator valve for the top mechanism, and I'm really interested in taking out the central muffler and installing an X pipe - ala what Matt (h2oboy) is describing - BUT - am I jepordazing the warranty/service contract with non-Jag parts and service?

Maybe I should just wait???? Any/all experience very valuable... DaleD
