Looking at the list of cars, it seems to be for the smaller XK8 brakes, same as the XKR brakes without Brembo.

Not trying to be a kill joy, but Hawk brake pads are a downgrade from even the OEM pads. A quality pad like ebc redstuff will enhance your brakes.

Default Dimensions

I looked up my old redstuff order. I have the dimensions of the front pad attached.

Thanks

To be honest, my experience with red stuff pads on my Caterham makes me reluctant to give them another try
But maybe I should if you vouch for them.
The part no. DP31140C is for the brembo rear right ?

am curious what happened that turned you off of the redstuff pads ?

I currently have them on my '02 XKR and couldn't be more satisfied. Have installed them on numerous performance vintage cars for myself and customers for nearly 20 years. From 911's to Shelby's, and everything in between, including vintage Sting Rays & GT-40's,

They do require a short break-in, and for best results, new rotors as well. Or at a minimum, the existing rotor should be resurfaced so they are 100% true. Considering how easy they are on the rotors, the bite is very good, and not an excessive level of dust.

If the picture is accurate, those pads are for the non-brembo brakes. Your original post seems correct.

Supersprint, I always buy my Hawk Pads from my friends at FrozenRotors.com I've used their Products for over 15 years....Started with my 2003 XKR with Drilled Brembo's and have continued with my 2005 XKR with the Red Drilled Package. They suggested I use Hawk's from the start and I have had great results with them.....Go there and check out several suggestions of Hawk Pads and if you have any questions about which ones you should use....Call or email them.....I think they are about the very best!
They have Hawks for both Drilled and Non-Drilled Rotors.....Race, Street, you name it!

Here are the correct Hawk part no's: Fronts HB193F.670 AND Rears HB194Z-570.

The best performing pads I used in terms of braking power where Pagid RS 4.2.1, but hard to remove black dust. Also the Ferrodo DS2500 seem to have very good braking power. EBC recommended the Yellow stuf to me after I mentioned my Red Stuff experience, and on paper I also think these will perform very well, but as they would dust more again I choose the Hawks.
So my experience back then with the redstuff wasn't good at all, especially the cold bite, maybe they have changed the pad over time. But even today when you select fast street driving at the EBC website for the XKR, its the yellow stuff that's recommended!

The Hawk ceramics worked better for me of which I had about 4 sets. Since then more pads became available and as my power increased as well together with some sportier driving, I've switched to the race pads Pagid RS15, and now RST3 pads (warning they squeal, eat rotors, but awesome braking power from cold already)..

sorry I was not trying to sway you to EBC I only posted it because it had the front pad dimensions.

These pads look right, Brembo pads have two holes in them for the locating pins to run through. Check with Hawk to be sure, they will talk to you. The nice thing about the Brembos is the ease of changing pads.

Hello,

Yes, that is the correct part number

HB194Z.570 = rear

HB193Z.670 = front

Both of these part numbers are Performance Ceramic compound

Thank you
