Raising the Passenger Seat?

Raising the Passenger Seat?
My wife has started griping about the passenger seat. Apparently it's too low. Has anyone tried to raise it? On my BMW Z3 I raised the front of the driver's seat by using longer bolts and adding some washers. Has anyone done something similar on the XK? What's involved in removing the seat?

I'm 6'4" and the driver's seat fits me fine if I lower it all the way and lean way back. My wife is only 5'2", and since the passenger seat isn't adjustable height-wise, she complains that she can't see well. She's tried sitting on a pillow, but then the heated seat isn't going to work for her.

Just bought a new XF PL but due to an unexpected illness have not been able to drive it yet Grrr. However, my wife feels the same way that the passenger seat is too low.
The both the drivers and passenger seat has height adjustment and while the drivers side is great, the passenger seat on maximum height is some 2 inches lower than the drivers. Realise this thread is some years old, but wondered if any of the existing posters or new members have come to a solution.
Personally, I cannot believe its beyond the wit of man to 'add something' to the seat chassis to do this.
Any ideas guys.
