Bprice,

I agree that the water/meth injection is the more powerful solution. But it doesn't meen you cannot add water spray at intercooler as well! Just like Chirpy has already started to work on.

Sure I also want to add water/meth injection. How was it done at your car, where are the nozzles spraying?

Sure, Higgins....You can spray water everywhere you want but the best place is 50/50 Meth into the mouth of the Throttle-body....It cools and cleans and puts some get up and go into the intake and S/C.....You can also buy Bottles of Nitro from Snow to mix-in with the W/M to give it some extra boost!

I run my W/M through my Washer Fluid Tank with the Biggest Pump Motor they have.....The pressure Gauge is attached to the Windshield Post by my Left-Hand....I don't know the Extra HP but you can feel it!! Grand Dad always said that if you could feel it you have increased the Torque......

You know, if you wanted to, you could Hook-up another Pump and Water Bottle and Spray the Intercooler....Bet that would help also! Especially down here in Houston during the Summer.....You would have to hook-up a big Water-Tank in the Boot! and a couple Water-Pumps and Spray the Hell out of it!!!! Think I could wash my Car with it?

Bprice,

In the mouth of the throttle body, that is after the butterfly valve then I guess? I think some have put the nozzle after the actual compression of the air instead, would be interesting to know pros and cons. I read an article somewhere stating that the type of s/c used on our cars where the air is forced on the outside of the air screws is harder to find the rigth location for the nozzles. Do you use the standard Eaton s/c or a bigger aftermarket s/c with "true" Twin screws that pushes the air through the screws rather then outside of them?

Mr. Higgins,

Lots of questions and lots of answers! As I said, this is the 3rd Snow W/M Kit I've had on my XKR's.....Started fancy and drilled a tap into the back of each Intercooler and screwed the nozzle into the Radiator area. It worked OK! But that was before they developed the boost pressure Gauge Like the one they/we have now...With the new one I ran the Hose from the Pump over to the intake just above the T/Body, actually about 2" above, right into the Airstream....I had read the that the water would dull the Blades on the S/C Blades like they do on Turbos but found that they don't turn that fast....So, "Keep it simple, Stupid" Hey, after all, you are only into this about $600.00 in real money.....BCP

P.S. Higgins, I am not a twin-screw Guy! But with the Power output I'm hearing about I wish I had one of those set-up's...but...I'm to Old and Avos has retired from building them.....
