Just a little silicone on the rubbers & they slid right thru the holes. I have not yet driven the car but will let you know when I do.

 

Heeyyy. No one said anything about strut braces for an XKR. The UltraRacing top strut brace only fits XK8.

So Tony (XKRacer), is this something new the rest of us can acquire?

What's the wisdom on coupes vs convertibles for really feeling a difference with XKRacer's strut braces and those bottom braces (front and back) from UltraRacing?

and JgaXKR, more photos please. The poor Aston owners in your area must be kicking themselves...

 

I only have the 2 under carriage braces on my car. I am told that the Ultra Racing strut brace will not fit an XKR.

I am pretty sure the braces I installed will work on a coupe. Tony should able to confirm this. My questions is what else does Tony have for our cars. It seems I am always the last person he tells. Maybe you will have better luck than I do.

 

They are the same as fitted to a convertible, just a bit more involved with stainless ball joints, polished aluminium and yes they can be fitted to a coupe exactly the same way
