Default Rear chassis rust prevention

I’m taking my 2001 coupe for wax oiling and I want to make sure they give it the best possible protection.
The picture below shows part of the chassis behind the rear wheel and how the multiple layers of steel can corrode.
many suggestions on how best to protect this?
is there a way to get treatment down the inside of it?

thanks.
kevin

Rot in this rail is common, due to **** poor seam sealing. There is a foil-and-bitumen 'bung' lower on the rail:

where you could possibly snake a spray nozzle in and up.
Alternatively, the bolt holes for the bump stop at the top would give access for a small diameter pipe.
