Before i weld the patch in place

I treated the area with detox gel to remove all the rust




After about five applications of the detox gel all the rust was gone and i welded the patch in place



The patch from inside the boot/trunk.....right next to the fuel tank



The area was now all ready for the epoxy 121





Then protected with the 121 epoxy







The lip will get a second coat of epoxy later...

This wheel arch repair is now all done.... (the stone chip protection will be done later)

This was a lot of hard work and lots of hours spent doing this repair to the inner wheel arch

Next job is to continue removing the black underseal and de rust under the car

As can be seen iv got lots to do,
you might have noticed iv removed the fuel flow/return pipes from the tank so i can get in to the awkward areas
