Default Recurring problem

I have a recurring alarm problem, when we get a heavy downpour or rain or hail stones the alarm goes off, really annoying especially if it’s in the middle of the night. I’m assuming it’s the volumetric sensor in side the car. Anyone else have any ideas ?

Could be the battery, mine used to go off all the time. Once I got a new battery in there I haven't have that problem since.

Mine did the same during hail when it had to sleep out for a period some time back.

You could try a soft cover to dampen the sound or, possibly, disconnect the module in the roof console, although your insurance co. might not appreciate it.

WDS/ISD has a feature called LAST ALARM ACTIVATION that should be able to tell you why the alarm was triggered.
