Restricted performance
I posted this problem before. it's a 99 XK8 . I checked all the plug holes and no oil, I was hoping it was just gaskets. It's got a code p0352 (ignition coil B primary/secondary circuit malfunction) code p0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected. code p1316 ( manufacturer control ignition system or misfire) and code p1000 manufacturer control fuel & air metering aux. emission cointrol. The weird thing is first thing in the morning there are no lights on dash and it runs fine for about the first 20 minutes then the restricted power comes on and then the check engine light. I tried to check for firing order on line but I couldn't find any, I don't know what is cylinder 2. I saw one diagram and it looked like it's bank A and B and both have 1-4 . can anyone help?

I am providing you a few links that will give you the cylinder firing order and a trouble shooting guide that will help with your restricted performance if it is not related to the plug misfire. Third link is provided for electrical info on the car along with your OBD codes. I think this will get you starter. We have noticed that a low battery can cause strange things to take place (erroneous codes) so take your time and check it over good.

I'd guess the 20 minute timeframe is just the time it takes to get to "closed loop" operation so the computer can make a decision as to if it throws the code or not. If you don't want to take it to pay someone to fix it you'll have to run your own diagnostics:
1) Are all the wires on the coil pack, etc., good and connected from the plug/coil all the way back?
2) Is the spark plug in that cylinder (2?) good, and does it have the proper gap? Change it if in doubt.
3) Change out the coil pack, afterall, it is 11 years old.
4) If all that looks good you might have a ECM problem or worse and you really need to go to someone who can run proper diagnostics so you only have to replace what is needed instead of a bunch of other stuff.
