Default Satnav fascia out there?

A friend, soon to take possession of his xk8, is gathering things he's planning to do and wants a sat nav fascia to replace his gage cluster fascia. Anyone have one or interested in trading?

There should be plenty out there. I have sold dozens of conversions from nav. to 3-gauge!

That's what I've told him. Oh, he's also wanting the remote. So keep an eye out for an order from Canada!

How soon does he need it? I'm in the process of doing the nav/gauge conversion but won't be done until May (traveling now). I'll most likely be selling the whole dash set, which is nice if he wants to keep it matching. PM me if interested!

PS: it seems everyone with gauges always wants nav, and vice versa. Would be easier if we all bought the right car in the first place! But that would be boring I suppose, and WhiteXKR wouldn't have any customers

I'll ask. I just know he's doing the mini iPad thing behind it. He may want the the matching set I'll ask.

Mini iPad huh? Hmm I haven't heard of that one yet. I believe that's a 7.9in screen. Is he planning on modifying the opening somehow?

I think so. He's very persistent. Testing the program now in his other car. He's waiting until weather is good in Canada to pick up so he's not in a huge rush.

Oh and whitexkr, I'm an idiot!! He has a coupe!! Did you ever do the window remote?

Sounds good. Fitting the mini iPad would make for a great thread on here. Anyway, just let me know if he decides he wants it.
