Default Seat Bolt Stripped-Any Suggestions?

Hi Folks. I'm trying to remove the passenger seat to try fixing the seat recline problem (swapped DS and PS switches-not the culprit). The problem is, the inboard rear bolt head is pretty much stripped. Making matters worse, the bolt is in the wrong place (one hole closer to beneath the seat), so it's not exactly a straight shot downward for a drill. Any suggestions?

Can you get a dremel with a cutoff wheel in there and cut a slot then get a socket with a screwdriver bit in there?

I have both, but those wheels are so delicate (they always explode on me). While I doubt a cutoff wheel could cut through the bolt head, I can try. However, since the head is recessed into the seat track, it may be difficult to get the cutoff wheel in there. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion.

I've used bolt extractors on many cars they are a great item for times when I've gotten a bit over aggressive on a bolt head (or it was just plain seized)
Here's a example, autoparts stores have them

If the bolt extractor fails then you could weld on a bit of steel bar.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have a screw extractor set, but since it's not a straight shot downward, I'll save that as a last resort. First will be the Dremel with cutoff wheels exploding and a flyin', then a mini hacksaw, all to cut a slot for a regular screwdriver bit.
