Default Seats not working

Just sold my 911. Was waiting for that to register the 2002 XK8 becasue didn't want to pay the extra insurance. Will miss but always nervous with a car for which a professionally rebult engine with an acceptable core and cylinder sleeves to stop bore scoring is $30,000.
Both seats have issues. When I say nothing below I mean no click, thunk or whirring motor.
Driver
Fore/aft - works
Seat cushion front - works
Seart custion back - click and thunk
Recline - nothing
Lumbar - works
Headrest - nothing
Passenger
Fore/aft - works
Seat cushion - guessing passenger does not have this function because switch has no up down
Recline back - click; recline forward - nothing
Lumbar - works
Headrest - something spinning sounds like detached cable
Steering wheel in/out - works
Steering wheel up - works
Steering wheel down - small increments with each tap until part way down then goes rest of way with
Have steering wheel on manual because I know the trouble having on automatic can cause.
Below are all the module fault codes. Lots of codes for windows and mirrors but they work fine.
Going to unbolt seats to investigate. Both seats are reclined way too much. At minimum will try to manually adjust.
I have two 2002 XJ8 seats left over from my swap project. Anyone know if the modules, motors, etc. are the same?

Default Pulled seat

See pictures below. If I’m identifying these right the seat back tilt mechanism is not shown and must be in the back of the seat. Looking at buying a salvage XK8 with same interior. If those seats work I’ll just switch out. How do you access to manually adjust? Unless some expert sees something from my prior post that will be an acceptable temporary fix.

@motorcarman Thanks for chiming in. I always appreciate your help. On the TSB you sent, I'm at Diagnosis A. Some functions so not fuse. Harnesses look good. From my swap project I have both a passenger and driver seat from a 2002 XJ8. Both seats worked when removed. Virginia Beach Jaguar lists seat module LXF2160AB compatible for both 2002 XK8 and XJ8. SNG Barret lists the compatible seat module as LHB2160BA. SNG also lists switch pack LJE6034ABLEG compatible with both cars. So by plan is to start switching parts one at a time. If none of this works is there a way to manually adjust tilt of back?

Default Update

Switched seat control module from XK8 (LJE2160AB with a manufactured date of 8/28/03 so replaced before) with one from XJ8 (LNC2160AE).
Recline now works. Back cushion still just clicks. Headrest nothing.

The headrest is a separate issue. Relatively easy fix by removing about 12mm of cable sheathing and repositioning the cable end back in its proper place. I believe there is a video in the sticky threads section at the top of the forum showing the process. This was the first repair I had to do on my wife's 2006 XK8 when we acquired it in early February 2012. The passenger headrest was stuck all the way up in the giraffe position and doing this fix allowed me to lower it all the way down again (where it has remained ever since). A six-inch section of shrink-wrap tubing purchased at a local boating supply store was all I had to buy to complete the repair....

For passenger headrest, I hear something spinning in the seat back so sure just detached. For driver headrest switch does not even click so thinking switch bad because new module did not fix.

Yep, that headrest motor will spin and spin. You need to shorten that cable sheathing as I mentioned. If you reattach the cable end without doing that, it will pop out again....

This is original module that swapped out. Read posts about cracks, shorts and soldering. Looks okay to me.

Default Fixed to my satisfaction

Switched modules to both seats from modules left over from my LS swap project. Fore/aft and seat back tilt working on both. Driver front cushion up/down good, back cushion only clicks. Driver headrest nothing. Passenger headrest cable disconnected. Lumbars work. I can live with this.
Figured out difference between XK8 and XJ8 modules are just the plastic cases and how they attach. Switched tops of cases from XK8 to XJ8.

XK8 attaches by bolting metal bar to seat
XK8 attaches by bolting metal bar to seat
XJ8 Use small pics/screwdrivers to pop tabs
XJ8 Use small pics/screwdrivers to pop tabs
XJ8 attached by plastic screws under cushion
XJ8 attached by plastic screws under cushion

The bottom edge of the circuit board is where the copper is commonly corroded.

I see some corrosion on the board in the pic?

It does look corroded - think I would be testing for continuity on those bottom tracks to make sure they haven't failed.

To the OP: The headrests have separate modules so you need to check the one on the non-working side.

Found the TSB on it posted by @motorcarman To me it's not worth the trouble. I'm 6'2" and headrest is high enough to do it job if rear ended. Maybe someday when everything else is sorted out and no honey-dos around the house I'll tackle.

Lower left corner of the first picture, thanks. I guess have to scrape off clear coat to test. Again maybe for another day since the modules from the XJ8 are mostly working. Didn't know different module for headrests.

Only remaining function of the seat I care about is the seat cushion back up/down. Funny thing on XK8 module went click/thunk in both directions but on XJ8 module just goes click in both directions. Guess that is a relay clicking. Thinking locked up motor, bad connection to motor, or frozen gears.
