Does anyone know if part number 16 on here ( Jaguar - XK8-97-99-Subframe-and-Mountings-Rear ) is interchangeable on the coupe and convertible? reason being after a long while with the help of my fellow jaguar enthusiasts, im finally done my subframe rebuild, I go to put it on the car, and it turns out my roommate through my subframe bracket away lol. I can only seem to find convertibles as part cars, no coupes. The bracket has a different part numbers for both the coupe and the convertible, but it would save me alot of headache if they were interchangeble. Thank you.

 

The convertible part will fit the coupe. The difference is that the convertible has extra material and a weld nut to provide a location for the bracing used on the convertible.
