One of the XK8s I recently picked up is starting to dribble at the top latch. Aside from fixing the current leak I wanted to do something to reduce the pressure in the system on both of my cars. I think Dennis07's spring mod looks like the way to go.

I was going to order a couple of the new springs, but with the minimum charge they have it doesn't cost a lot more to order about 20 additional springs.The springs cost less than $2, if I order twenty additional. But if I only order the two I need they end up $10 each. Still very inexpensive for what they do.

Is anyone else interested in doing this modification? Or should I just pay the charge and get the couple I need?
