Arrow TOP WONT OPEN PLEASE Help

Ok so last week I had my convertible top hoses replaced with brand new ones. Picked my car up everything is working fine like it should. Now today I decide to open up my top and the top opens slightly but doesnt finish the cycle. It stops at the latch where it unlocking. Please help and tell me a positive solution. Thanks

Rear quarter glass will lower and top will start to unlatch but will only lift slightly and remain in the latch claw. After 5 seconds approx., latch claw will ‘rapidly’ retract pulling top back into the latch. Therefore the top doesnt open. Please help.

I had a Jag Tech replace them. I picked it up last week and used the top about 7 time opening and closing. But today I got this new issue and now it wont open at all. I posed the TSB in my second post to identify the problem. It says something about Short circuit in "Top closed" switch.

One of your switches is sticking in the header. It is associated with the latch mechanism and sending the wrong signal. The term “short circuit” is a generic saying the switch is closed. You need to take it back and they need to open the header and find out what is in a bind or not letting the switch work. My guess is it is the switch that is at the claw that opens and closes. Take the car back to the mechanic, let him fix it!

So why is it that everything was working and its been less than a week then something is going on with the switch ? Is it the switch or could it be another issue ?

Something could be in a bind causing this situation and I think finding it should be the mechanic that did the work. Yes i think it is in the header!
