Default torque won't work

Just can't get my ELM327 to work. Could it be my Samsung "infuse"?

I'll try that. I think I'll start all over again. Thanks again.

I know I went through the process a few times before it worked.

. . . and I went through 2 ELM327 devices before I got one to work. Neither would sync with 2 different Android devices. Apparently the failure rate is rather high. Both got instant credit back with a simple email note.

I guess I got lucky with my ELM, the first one.
