If you are getting the warning pop up on the screen, it is not uncommon. When I had mine rebuilt they used the old wiring harness and it popped the warning for a few weeks. Scared me! Seems the wiring and connections get old and brittle and send a false signal. The real downside is if you decide to repair or replace the wiring, you have to drain the transmission and fill it with the very overpriced transmission fluid.
Not sure what your issue is but this was mine and it was a false signal.

 

Use Mercon SP...same stuff.....much cheaper
