Emission problem is fixed, but after a few drive cycles, the code is still p1000. Is there a possibility p1111 is just not gonna show and that car will pass the test?

If P1000 is still reported, you have NOT completed all the OnBoard Monitoring tests. P1111 will be reported when ALL OnBoard Monitoring tests are completed.
As for "passing the test", with no indication of your LOCATION, it's impossible to say as requirements vary considerably around the World.
I live in rural North Central Texas and I do not live in a County that requires emission testing.
I really don't care if I have P1000 or P1111 logged in my ECM.
Just depends on where you live!!!!
If my car kept having P1000 I'd read the status of the monitors to see which had not set then investigate in case it pointed to a problem worth fixing.
Here, we're not required to have P1111 i.e. all monitors or indeed any monitors set but I'd definitely want to know why I had P1000.
There are drive protocols for each of the monitors which consist of driving at set speeds for set periods of time. My X-Type had the P1000 code and wouldn't go through PA inspection. I took it out on the highway and followed all of the various speed and condition requirements and got the P1111 code. Don't remember where I got the list of protocols, but I'm sure someone on the forum can provide them.
