Nothing to do with me. But might be of interest to others.

It is a UK based business. Unfortunately, their website doesn't say how much they are, but directs you to call or email for price. Usually that means $$$.

Judging by the photos the cylinder grouping of the exhaust manifolding is incorrect and will cause charge robbing. The cast iron logs will be an improvements. As usual someone is probably mixing up restriction with tuning.

Welcome to the UK, where 'empowered' mechanics and fabricators call themselves engineers and if any real qualified engineer complains they are pretty much lynched.

Question Baromeo, the Muffler Man....

aromeo,

I would like to see some Photos of your set-up...Sounds interesting! I'm not familiar with what a custom "2" cross-over "Z-pipe" is? You have that eliminating the factory mid-pipe muffler (Center Muffler?)......and what is a Z pipe? What is it's purpose? Apparently, it looks like a "Z"..Tell us more!

Although steel headers will slightly increase performance if properly designed they are noisy and always eventually leak.. Cast iron is used for exhaust manifolds because it expands very little with heat and absorbs combustion noise. Unless you really need the benefits of headers, why.

Mr. Terrific,

I couldn't agree more! If you want Headers, send your Manifolds out and have them Ported, Honed and Ceramic Coated....
