That set services the AJ27 Engine. The 97 XK8 uses the AJ26 Engine and a different Gasket Set.
Rock Auto does not list a set for the 97 XK8. You may have to go to the Dealer.

I think you've got the part # wrong--should be VS50724R. Rock Auto has it for a bargain $36.79--actually listed for Llincoln LS 3.9 engine. That also includes the spark plug hole gaskets.
I received a Rock Auto shipment today promptly for a Airtex fuel pump, pump screen and Wix fuel filter. The pump was $70--far less than $98 @ Autozone. As long as they carry a part, Rock Auto is usually cheaper--including the aluminum thermostat housing @ $43.
They're the giant of the mail order auto parts business.

However, this is the set for a AJ27 engine and it will NOT fit a AJ26 Engine. The cross section of the seal is different and it will not fit in the Cam Cover Properly. And there are other differences.
