Default Where do I add Power Steering fluid, can't find it.

This is a very dumb question but I cannot find where to add Power Steering fluid. The steering was just fine when I came home last night and this morning there was no power steering. There is no puddle under the car but it is like there is no power steering fluid. I am afraid to drive it because I do not want to burn the pump up. Any help will be very much appreciated. The owners manual doesn't have anything in it for adding fluids.

Thanks in advance.

If I remember right, it is on the drivers side, toward the front. Black cap and resevoir. Check all your power steering hoses, pressure and return lines, see if you can find the leak. It must be leaking somewhere. I just put a power steering pump in mine and it wasn't cheap. Hope yours is something simple. Good luck.

No such thing as a stupid question, dumb yes. Just kidding!

Stupid would be letting it go, because you were afraid to ask.

Follow the serpentine belt on the drivers side, you will see the pump and then follow back to the resevoir.

Default I found it.

Thanks everyone. I found it just where the map said it would be.

The thing was full so I called my local Indy. They said that as long as there was fluid and not all over the floor to drive it and it was probably just a transient thing. Weird !

I started it, backed it out of the garage, pulled up to the stop sign right in front of our house. When I went to pull out into the side street, the power steering was working just fine. I drove it to work and back today and everything is good.

Now I am really puzzled.

BTW, it is too bad there is not a color for Jag that matches the PS fluid.
