yes, that is the very same kit recommended.

Parts geek, not tried them...but for piece of mind (and much quicker shipping) I'd just go with the kit from Motorcars LTD, ask for Ken. He's a longstanding member of the forums and drives a jag to boot.

I just changes mine a few weeks ago, I just used the Welsh Enterprises kit. It went in great and has no problem. If you haven't look yet see Gus' site for step by step instructions.

Thanks everyone, I just don't understand why they they say 1998 to 2003 and skip 1997, just wanted to make sure.

Glenn, do you happen to remember the temp setting on the included thermostat? Thanks in advance.

Ed, I do not know the temp. setting. The part number is AJ8-6484 and the box or their web site don't list it.
