Default Wipers in the trunk?

Am I being a bit ****? I removed my windshield wipers because they looked bad and ruined the clean looks of the hood to windshield area. I also get a slight wind noise from that side of the cabin and thought it might help. I have my wiper in the trunk with a ratchet incase I need it and treated the windshield with Rain-X. I hope to try it out tomorrow, new tires up front too!

Naah! Not ****.

Several have done that. I agree that the wipers are an eyesore on an otherwise perfect car but everyone knows that they are necessary and the mind just ignores them.

Hope you've got one of these in your refitting kit:

GGG-John Steed in your day job I presume.

I have the same umbrella in the boot/trunk.

Does this mean I can take the windshield wipers off?

cheers,

jj

If you're married to Emma Peel then we DEFINITELY need to see pictures.

By the way... RainX is AWESOME. I love the stuff. I rarely use my wipers on any of my cars because of RainX. And the harder it rains, the better it works. I just wish it lasted longer. It would be nice if someone would invent a permanent coating that did what RainX does.

Emma Peel - from the youthful Reverend Sam we see in the videos, you should be far too young to even know who she is!

You're obviously a fan of RainX. I'd always dismissed it in the 'snake oil' category but have had a look at their website and will give it a try.
