So while looking into my flickering brake lights I happened to look around at the ground cable on the battery and noticed wires beside the battery. I don't know why I never noticed them before, but oh well. So anyone know what they are for? The one thing has Ford on it.

Hmmm. Not sure about that. It could be what he's talking about, but without the original picture it's hard to know. The yellow block is an actual relay. I didn't unplug it to see if anything cuts off though
