Default X100 Convertible Rear speakers

I read old posts about the rear subs to be changed in my 99 XKR, but I am wondering:

When I open the soft cover next to the rear "seats", are those speakers or subs? Because it took me 1 minute to lose the 4 screws and take the thing out, and in the description of replacing it with

https://www.crutchfield.com/S-JbUO06...RT672&skipvs=T

they talk about to remove the complete cover and so on. I need only to replace the one (or both) speaker/sub behind the beige cover, which is mounted with no screws at all. I have the HK sound system (front covers say so), and the speaker I took out is marked with "6rg394".

Anybody an idea what I need to buy for easy replacement? I dont need high end sound system, just want to get rid of the cracking noise behind me :-)

There are actually 2 speakers in the box tucked out of side and in the back is a 2.5 inch tweeter. Usually it is the speaker you have removed that has the foam go bad. I was having a lot of problems finding a 4 OHM speaker so I had my HK's re-coned.

Thanks for the answer, but in my country, reconing is quite expensive. I think I can get better speakers for the money.

What size do I look for (2-ways, 4 ohm)?

I would consult a knowledgeable after market car audio shop for assistance. The only thing I know of the HK's is the diameter and that they are 4 OHM. When I searched 2 years ago 4 OHM's were not made anymore but who knows what's available now.
